Terms of Service
1. I have the rights to reject your commission without explanation if I cannot proceed.2. Payment through PayPal or Paynow in USD pricing only.3. MYR prices are for MALAYSIANS ONLY, you are only eligible for prices in MYR if you are sending through Malaysia banking services. (I will ask for ID confirmation before payment)3. After sending the style you want, references and details. I will calculate the price and wait for your payment to confirm the slot.4. Full price must be paid before I start on the commission.5. Cancellation before and during sketch phase will be fully refunded. If you cancel your commission midway through the colour process, only 20% of the price will be refunded. Rendering stage will be not refundable so please be sure you want to commission me.6. A commission would take around 1 week to 1 month at most, if you have a due date for your commission please let me know in advance.7. My art is not for commercial use and is only for profiles, headers, wallpapers and so on. DO NOT feed my art into AI. If you plan on using the commission for commercial use, it will be x2 of the finalised commissioned price.8. I will send updates while I’m working on your commission for any additional changes 2 to 5 times during the sketch and colour phase. Changes after rendering process will be charged accordingly.9. Please do send your character’s reference sheet and as many additional details, poses or specific atmosphere you want for your commission!10. After I’m done with your commission, I’ll send you a no watermark version to you and you only. I may post your watermarked commission on my account so let me know if you do not want it to be posted or to stay anonymous.11. I will send the final commission via email so you can download the full artwork in HD.12.
